I only got to chapter 4. I skimmed the rest. If you have read or watched any movie version of pride & prejudice it pretty much follows to script. If you have read a princess of mars(I have) or watched the movie John Carter then you would understand the names & places used. I gave two stars because it merged the essence of the two books pretty well with the focus being more on pride & prejudice.I gave this a chance because I loved the a princess of Mars series & I'm a big fan of historical romances as well. But it does a huge disservice to two great stories.
